The Regions Down River Race Series hosted by The Boat House and run by Soar Valley Canoe Club
Dates now set Oct 24, Nov 14, Dec 12, Jan 9th, Feb 13th March 12th
Briefing at the pub about 10am, paddle up to the start, (Bottom of Barrow Weir)Race from Bottom of weir to pub, set off at 1 min intervals and paddle as fast as you can back to pub.
Any Boat, lots of classes like Wild Water Racer and Wavehopper to any double canoe, parent and child, or even coracle and lots more which are often made up on the day.
